ORDER DELAYS – We are working on it.

Due to COVID-19 orders will now take 1-3 days before they are processed and shipped.  Please be patient as we get your orders out in a timely manner. The following are reasons for the delay:

  • Large spike in sales (thank you for your support!)
  • Short staff due to COVID-19 
  • Cleaning practices that take up a bulk of our day.

**NO Refunds for delays, we have warned customers ahead of time of delays on our main site, order confirmation and on hold emails, if you choose to send payment and get a delay we are not sending refunds. Please make sure before you send payment.

COVID-19 Update

The COVID-19 Pandemic has created a lot of fear and uncertainty in the world today. We hope everyone is healthy, safe and taking the pro-active measures to reduce the spread of the virus.

We’re writing to you today to let you know what we are doing in response to this current situation. What we want to stress is that we will continue to provide you with the support and service to which you are accustomed. There are things that are out of our control at this point but there are things we can control.

The health and safety of our members, staff and community is our top priority.

Here are the precautions we are taking in response:

  • Use of gloves and other safety practices in all departments
  • Sanitation supplies are well stocked and being used more frequently
  • Frequent and proper hand washing
  • Safe distancing among staff

Safe distancing has delayed our processing abilities as we can only have a limited number of staff working at one time.

Our inventory is moving faster then we can ship and update our stock counts. We apologize in advance if your product is out of stock by the time we get to it. We will still contact for subs or credit back customers.

We are continuing to receive new inventory but are taking our time in putting them back on our site as we are short staffed.

Once this pandemic is over things will go back to normal, we will be able to offer same day shipping, gifts and much more that you are used to. Thank you for supporting us through these times we hope this message helps you understand what we are working through.

Canada post and shipping

When it comes to receiving packages in the mail, we have been advised by Canada Post that the risk remains very low. It should be noted that Canada Post has pandemic protocols in place and they intend to keep shipping and even increase operations to best meet Canadian’s needs as this unfolds. Please be aware of shipping delays during this time.  We cannot be held liable to delays via Canada Post.
