Directions: Product is easily divided into 8 x 10 mg doses. First time users take a single 10 mg dose. Allow 90 minutes for full effect before an additional dose is considered. Take with food for best results.

Like others have said, these indica gummies are great for sleep. These taste pretty good. I like most flavours TE puts out there, green apple is my least favourite, yet still tolerable. I always get a great buzz when I eat TE gummies. I will sometimes take a dose of indica and sativa together for a little more fun.

I’ve never taken edibles before, but I am a heavy smoker. I started with 1 square (10mg) and after a couple of hours I felt nothing, so I took another (10mg). Nothing happened. The following night I decided to start with 2 squares (20mg), but still nothing so I took another 4 hours later. The night after that, I started with 3 squares (30 mg) and still… nothing. I guess I’m going to be one of those people that has to take 100 mg at once lol
